Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the use of the JivanShailee mobile application and services provided by Dahikar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. Free Trial Period & Billing

To ensure you are fully satisfied with our service before payment, we offer a comprehensive 3-day Free Trial for all new users on our Premium plans.

  • Access: During this 3-day period, you will have unrestricted access to all premium features, including the AI Therapist, Vision Board, Vedic Content, and Life Blueprint.

  • Automatic Billing: Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the 3-day trial period, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee for the plan you selected (Monthly or Yearly).

2. No Refund Policy (Digital Services)

JivanShailee provides intangible, irrevocable digital goods and services. Therefore, the following rules apply:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once the 3-day free trial has ended and a payment has been processed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to "lack of usage," "accidental purchase," or "change of mind."

  • Why No Refunds? The 3-day free trial is explicitly provided to allow you to evaluate the quality and relevance of our services before any financial commitment is made.

3. Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • During the Trial: If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you will not be charged.

  • After Billing: If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining days of the month or year.

4. Third-Party Store Purchases (Apple & Google)

If you subscribed to JivanShailee via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription and payment details are managed entirely by those platforms.

  • Apple iOS: Dahikar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not have the ability to process refunds for Apple users. You must request a refund directly through Apple Support.

  • Google Play: While generally subject to the same non-refundable terms, specific refund requests may be processed via Google Play’s refund system within 48 hours of purchase, subject to Google’s discretion.

5. Exceptions (Technical Errors)

We may consider a refund only in the event of a proven technical error attributable to our system, such as:

  • Duplicate Charges: Being charged twice for the same billing period.

  • Billing Errors: Being charged after a confirmed cancellation (proof of cancellation required).

  • Resolution: In such cases, please contact support immediately with your transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this policy, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the competent courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

  • Dispute Resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at dahikartechnologies@gmail.com.
